Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays depending on the courier partner..

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be applicable as per product selected and its weight. Average shipping rates can vary from 50 to 75. Cash on Delivery mode will be charged 35 rupees extra.

Delivery Time Frame

All the orders will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and whatsapp message once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes

All product prices displayed on krattarwala are inclusive of taxes and gst is paid by Perfusionworld (24AMQPA0219D1ZP) for each and every order
